SHIPPING POLICY

For delivery throughout Belgium we offer 3 options:

products can be picked up by appointment;
we deliver ourselves within a radius of 5 km from Park Spoor Noord (Antwerpen);
Bpost (within 3-5 working days)

We also ship all of our products internationally to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Denmark and the United Kingdom via Bpost or DPD delivery.
You should receive your order within 5-10 working days.

The price of shipping depends on the area chosen.

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
Usually it take us 1-2 working days to proceed the order.

Shipping fees are not included into the price and will be added to your order
during the check-out process before the purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or you want to return your order.

Please send an email within 14 days to anapola.wuytack@gmail.com:

in case you received an incorrect or damaged parcel;
if for some reason you are dissatisfied with the artwork;

and we will do our best to work things out.
